My path led me to Legacy, and right away I felt at home. I have created amazing friendships and a second family, a Muay Thai family. Yet, it goes beyond Muay Thai. It is a safe haven, a temple. The sense of community and support is essential to our development. It helped me bring down my guards leave my ego at the door and dive right into the deep waters of vulnerability, hardship, challenge and the sense of euphoria which follows when I achieve my goals.
All those principles I carry with me and pass on to every new student who enters the door and hears “Sawadeekhap” for the first time.

I’ve been training martial arts at Legacy since I was 11, started with muay thai through to BJJ and now specializing and studying in wrestling.
I am very good at adapting my training to whatever level you are in the sport. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, I will make sure you achieve your goals. I can also provide more ruthless and specialized training for higher level athletes looking to advance quickly.
My goal is to spread combat sports to as many people as possible and cement it as part of Canadas' culture.

My name is Allan, the Boxing Coach at Legacy Fight Club. I teach everyday people the sweet science of boxing. Having boxed and competed for over a decade, I vividly remember my first time stepping into a boxing gym—unsure what to expect but eager for something new. The moment I laced up my gloves and hit the focus mitts, I was instantly hooked. That decision turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever made.
I’d love to help you or your children discover that same passion for boxing, ensuring you find the right coach to show you how boxing can be more than just training—it’s about personal development, self-discipline, and building mental toughness.

Yes, I train at Legacy Fight Club, but what I mean by “a fighter” is not just in the literal sense of the word which is “to contend in battle or physical combat”, or, “to engage in boxing”. It is to constantly put forth effort and determination in everything I do.

As a certified personal trainer and lifestyle coach, I specialize in crafting customized meal guidelines, supplement stacks, and training programs tailored to individual needs, whether online or in person.
