What are your membership prices?

Legacy offers a variety of membership and equipment packages with different price points.  Book a tour or trial to come in and grab the Legacy Welcome Package or visit the “Membership” section on our website to get more information on our different membership and pricing options.

What classes do you suggest for me?

Fundamentals Classes is where you will need to start. We encourage all students to begin their training in the fundamentals curriculum for as long as 1-2 years.  And even periodically going back to refine the basics.

How many classes am I allowed to take per week?

Accepted Answer

We have different types of memberships.  Most of our membership packages include access to unlimited classes to all disciplines.  See the “Membership” section on our site for more details.

How long are free trial classes?

Normally 1 class but you can request another.

Question 5

What do I need to bring for the trial classes?

Accepted Answer

Just wear regular gym attire.  We will supply all necessary training equipment for your trial classes or week free of charge.

Can I bring friends to trials?

Yes.  But they need to also book a trial class online separately.

Where do I pick up my orders?

A. If you have ordered merchandise from the online store or through the registration process, please give us up to 5-7 business days before they arrive.  Items purchased can be picked up at Legacy Fight Goods location at 361 King St. Unit 2 (a few doors down from Fight Club)

My conditioning and fitness levels are poor, is this ok?

Everyone has to start somewhere and we are here to support you along the way.  All our Fundamental classes are designed for someone without any prior physical experience or skills!  We will help get you to where you need to be.

I have an injury, can I still train?

Accepted Answer

That is a question you will need to consult with your doctor about.  Everyone goes at their own pace.  With that said, we do have students who modify some of their workouts to suit their individual circumstance.

Am I too old to train?

Absolutely not! At Legacy Fight Club, we believe it’s never too late to start training Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, whether you’re in your 20s, 40s, or beyond. Martial arts is an excellent way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while learning valuable skills in a supportive environment. Our coaches will work with you at your own pace to help you feel confident and comfortable on your training journey.

Do I have to compete or spar?

No you do not have to compete or spar.  We have specific classes for sparring including an Intro to Sparring class but these are optional.  Most of our classes are designed for skills training and conditioning.

Once I sign up, what equipment do I need for training?

We suggest the following to start (can be ordered upon registration or at www.legacyfightgoods.com):
Muay Thai: Gloves, shin guards, hand wraps (mouth guard and cup once you start 
sparring)
BJJ: GI

Does Legacy loan out equipment?

Trial students receive free equipment rental.  For members, we encourage our students to purchase their own equipment.
