Q. What are your membership prices?
A. Legacy offers a variety of membership and equipment packages with different price points.  Book a tour or trial to come in and grab the Legacy Welcome Package or visit the “Membership” section on our website to get more information on our different membership and pricing options.


Q. What classes do you suggest for me?

A. Fundamentals Classes is where you will need to start. We encourage all students to begin their training in the fundamentals curriculum for as long as 1-2 years.  And even periodically going back to refine the basics. 

 

Q. How many classes am I allowed to take per week? 

A. We have different types of memberships.  Most of our membership packages include access to unlimited classes to all disciplines.  See the “Membership” section on our site for more details.
 

Q. How long are free trial classes?
A. After your initial trial class, you are welcome to 1 WEEK free of Fundamental classes before committing to a membership.

Q. What do I need to bring for the trial classes?

A. Just wear regular gym attire.  We will supply all necessary training equipment for your trial classes or week free of charge.

Q. Can I bring friends to trials?
A. Yes.  But they need to also book a trial class online separately.

Q. Where do I pick up my orders?

A. If you have ordered merchandise from the online store or through the registration process, please give us up to 5-7 business days before they arrive.  Items purchased can be picked up at the Pick-Up Station.  Ask the Front Desk Ambassador if you need assistance.

 

Q. My conditioning and fitness levels are poor, is this ok?

A. Everyone has to start somewhere and we are here to support you along the way.  All our Fundamental classes are designed for someone without any prior physical experience or skills!  We will help get you to where you need to be.
 

Q. I have an injury, can I still train?

A. That is a question you will need to consult with your doctor about.  Everyone goes at their own pace.  With that said, we do have students who modify some of their workouts to suit their individual circumstance.
 

Q. Am I too old to train?

A. We have students from all age groups; 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s!  It is never too late.
 

Q. Do I have to compete or spar?

A. No you do not have to compete or spar.  We have specific classes for sparring including an Intro to Sparring class but these are optional.  Most of our classes are designed for skills training and conditioning.  There is no sparring in any of the pads, fundamentals, or intermediate classes.
 

Q. How do I sign up?

A. All registrations can be done on our website or come on in and our Front Desk Ambassador can help you get started.

 

Q. When do I get charged for membership after signing up?
A. If you sign up today, you are prorated and charged for the remaining/difference of the month now and emailed the receipt.  Moving forward, membership fees will be withdrawn from your account on the 1st of each month.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We take Debit Visa and Credit Card for pre-authorized payments only.  We do not take cash.


Q. How do I get access to my gift card and how do I use it?
A. You will be e-mailed your gift card, card number.  You can make purchases with that number online only at www.legacyfightgoods.com.  You cannot redeem gift cards at the physical store.

 

Q. Once I sign up, what equipment do I need for training?

A. We suggest the following to start (can be ordered upon registration or at www.legacyfightgoods.com):

Muay thai: Gloves, shin guards, hand wraps (mouth guard and cup once you start 

sparring)

BJJ: GI

Q. Does Legacy loan out equipment?

A. We loan gloves/shin guards at a cost of $7 for the class.  We encourage our students to purchase their own equipment.
